The production teams at Image et Compagnie have been producing drama and comedy, documentaries and magazine shows for all the major French television channels for over 20 years.
Their drama and comedy productions push back the borders between film and television, involving such major directors as Amos Gitaï and Eric Rochant and up-market TV dramas and series like Mafiosa and Un Flic.
The company also spotlights artistic creation with such productions as Ma vie d’artiste, broadcast on France 5, and the documentary collection L’Art et la Manière featuring encounters with established contemporary artists and emerging talents.
Image et Compagnie also has a rich catalogue of documentaries with a pronounced historical, political and sociological bent. These documentaries, motivated by passion and curiosity, offer a demanding, sensitive and committed perspective on the past and present world.
The line-up for the 2011 autumn season includes: En route pour l’Elysée, produced by Serge Moati, a documentary series aired monthly on France 3 and LCP, Les Suffragettes, produced by Michèle Dominici, and L’envers de la beauté, produced by Rémi Lainé.
